N.C. 107-E  dead
Formerly:

NC 107-E: Appeared about 1938 as a replacement for NC 112. Ran from US 19 (now US 74-441) near Whittier to NC 107 (now US 19-441 Bus) Cherokee.
In 1940, NC 107-E was renumbered as NC 107. Today it is part of US 441 and US 441 Business.
NC 107-E is one of just two known 'E' state routes. NC 345-E was the other.
