Outer Loop  -  Before the Split

This set of photos shows the western portion of the construction zone that is part of the Virginia approach to the Woodrow Wilson Bridge, from the Eisenhower Ave Connector to the Thru/Local Lanes split just east of Telegraph Rd.  All photos were taken by the webmaster on December 5, 2008, the same day the Outer Loop Thru Lanes opened across the WWB.  Click on a thumbnail for a larger image and caption.  Right click on a thumbnail to view the full image in a new window (image must be selected/viewed on the right).
