SC 204: Appeared in 1940 as new primary routing from US 78 at the Orangeburg-Dorchester line running in a southern loop back to Reevesville, then continuing northeast to SC 152 (now S-18-11).
In 1947, SC 204 was downgraded to S-18-18 south of US 78; S-18-16 between US 78 and US 178; S-18-20 north of US 178.
