Creation: SC 207 appeared in 1940 as new primary routing, running as it does today. This is the only SC 207.
Adjustments: In 1942, SC 207 was extended east with SC 9 into Pageland, then south as new primary routing to end at SC 151 (now SC 151 Bus) below Pageland.
In 1947, SC 207 was downgraded to S-13-19 north of SC 9 and S-13-? south of SC 9 (today this is S-13-218 Cedar St).
In 1949, SC 207 was placed back into the state primary system north of SC 9, except it received a newly constructed straighter alignment between Dudley and S-13-106.
