SC 345: Appeared in 1940 as new primary routing, running from SC 34 north to SC 9 Little Rock, then northeast 2 more miles to today's S-17-61.
In 1942, SC 345 was extended northeast as new primary routing to the North Carolina State Line.
In 1947, SC 345 was downgraded to S-17-23 and S-17-27 (now also S-17-23).
