SC 386: Appeared in 1942 as new primary routing, running from SC 43 (now US 378) at the Horse Creek Bridge (western Lexington County) southwest to the Saluda County Line, just short of SC 391.
In 1947, SC 386 was downgraded to S-32-46 without ever being extended to SC 391.
In a rarity, the Saluda side is S-41-46 giving the same number on both sides...
