SC 514: Appeared in 1940 as new primary routing, running from US 52-301 south of Florence in an L shape around the west side of Florence to end at US 52 near where I-95 is today.
In 1947, SC 514 was downgraded: Third Loop Rd became S-21-27 (now part of SC 51); Cashua Dr south of US 76 became S-21-22 (now S-21-29); Cashua Dr north of US 76 became S-21-29.
