 SC 573: Appeared in 1942 running from SC 57 (now SC 41) north of Mullins west to Latta, replacing SC 73. SC 573 continued northwest as new primary routing to end at SC 34.
In 1947, SC 573 west was truncated to Latta. The route to SC 34 was downgraded to S-17-29. Today this is S-17-63 Marion St/Catfish Church Rd; S-17-48 Bethel Rd; S-17-29 Skillet Rd; S-17-38 Centerville Rd.
In 1948 (bridge date), SC 573 was removed from Railview Rd/Randy Farm Ln just north of today's SC 41 ALT. Also SC 573 was rebuilt onto new alignment in the Burke Rd area.
