SC 637: Appeared in 1942 as new primary routing from SC 633 (now S-15-25) Moselle north to SC 36 (now US 601) near the Salkehatchie River.
In 1947, SC 637 was downgraded to S-15-38. The northern half of this is now S-15-42.
