Creation: Appeared in 1983 running from TN 19 (now just Lake Dr) north to US 51 in Ripley.
Adjustments: In 1989, TN 208 was extended south to TN 209, replacing a bit of TN 19. In 2014, the south end of TN 208 was reconfigured to meet TN 209 at Jackson Ave instead of 1 block north.
