Creation: Appeared in 1983 running from TN 58 (now also part of TN 319) Chattanooga to US 27 Soddy Daisy. The Robinson Bridge over the Tennessee River opened in 1981 so this portion of TN 319 may have been designated something else first.
Adjustments: In the mid-2000s, TN 319 south was extended east replacing TN 58 over to TN 153.
Posting: Posted as primary only on former TN 58 (Amnicola Hwy) and secondary everywhere else.
