Creation: Appeared in 1987 as a renumbering of part of TN 111, running as it does today. This may be the 2nd TN 399.

TN 399 #1: Appears in a TDOT 1986 Urgent Highways document for a proposed new road from US 51 south of Fowlkes to US 412 southeast of Dyersburg. This was NOT today's TN 210 which already existed. This was never built.
Because TN 111 was renumbered as TN 399 so near to the date of this document, I question whether TN 399 in this document was a typo of TN 393, which to this point has never been identified anywhere. |
