Creation: Appeared in 1974 or 1975 running as it does today as a renumbering of the southern segment of WV 12. This is the only WV 112.
| Adjustments: None Improvements: Upon designation, WV 112 was fully paved; WV 112 has no mutilane segments Comment: Could be used as a bypass of the Princeton area by US 460 traffic The I-77 interchange has only an on ramp to 77 north and an offramp from I-77 south.
