WV 268: Appears on the Reserved Number list list for the West Virginia primary system. It is assigned as the West Run Expressway.
WV 268 would thus connect I-79 from north of Morgantown east and around to I-68. This project has at least been studied formally. A map of the alternative routings has been put on the WVDOT website. They all meet I-68 at the CR 857 expressway interchange. Per Wikipedia, one newspaper referred to this as I-268 which is not an accurate description of what this was going to be. The project is on indefinite hold. | ||
