History:		NC 522 was born in the neighborhood of 1951 as new primary routing, running as it does today. NC 522
Comment:		NC 522 essentially connects SC 522 to NC 200. SC 522 existed to the state line first, in 1949, while the southern portion of SC 522 dates to the late 30's.
