N.C. 721  dead
Formerly:		NC 721 was created sometime after 1980. It ran on Old County Home and Grissom Roads between US 1 Business and US 158 Business southwest of Henderson. Adam Prince provides this scan from the 1980 Official Map. In January 1982 (NCDOT), NC 721 was decommissioned. Why this became a primary route and then suddenly disappeared is a mystery.
