VA 351Y: On April 24, 1943 Virginia officially request from AASHO approval to renumber both VA 13Y routes as US 13Y. Included was a map that showed renumbering the first VA 13Y on the northernmost segment of Military Hwy as VA 351Y.
On May 13, 1943 Virginia dropped this request after getting negative feedback from AASHO and VA 351Y was renumbered as part of VA 165.
