VA 528: Appeared in August 1929 as new routing running from VA 514 (now US 17) Harris Grove east 2.95 miles.
In July 1932 (CTB), VA 528 was extended east over CR 101 through Seaford then north over CR 213 to end at the shore of Back Creek. In July 1933, VA 528 was renumbered as part of VA 173. Today it is SR 718, which has only a fleeting duplex with VA 173 left in the primary system.
