Creation: SC 99 appeared in July 1936 (SCDOT) as new primary routing, running from SC 97 Beckhamville north to SC 9 Bascomville. This is the only SC 99.
| Adjustments: In 1947, SC 99 was downgraded to S-12-13. In 1949, SC 99 was put back into place, plus replaced what I believe was SC 97 ALT to US 21. Between 1995-2006, SC 99's north end was shifted eastward as new primary routing, leaving behind Richburg Rd. Improvements: SC 99 was paved in 1942; no multilane segments Comment: I drove SC 99 in the late 80's and recall it to be dull.
