SC 147: Appeared in 1942 as new primary routing, running from US 1 McBee south to McCoys Crossroads then east to end at SC 151 well west of Hartsville.
In 1947, SC 147 was downgraded to S-13-31 and S-16-23 (north of McCoys Crossroads is now S-16-231).
