SC 159: Appeared in 1940 as new primary routing, running from US 15/SC 34 Alcot southeast to today's S-31-39 Cypress Crossroads.
In 1942, SC 159 was extended east as new primary routing to the Darlington County Line.
In 1947, SC 159 was downgraded to S-31-20 and S-31-30. All of it is S-31-30 today.
