Creation: SC 193 appeared in April 1937 (SCDOT) as new primary routing, running as a 2 mile stub south off SC 19 (now SC 121). This is the only SC 193.
Adjustments: In 1939, SC 193 was extended south as new primary routing to SC 23 Ward.
In 1947, SC 193 was downgraded to S-41-14 and S-41-16.
In 1949, SC 193 was returned to the primary system.
