Creation: SC 194 appeared in 1939 as new primary routing, running from SC 43 (now US 378) Saluda east to today's S-41-51. This is the only SC 194.
Adjustments: In 1940, SC 194 was extended east as new primary routing to SC 391.
In 1947, SC 194 was downgraded to S-41-17 and S-41-20.
In 1949, SC 194 was returned to the primary system.
