SC 230 is not shown as multilane on the 2005 Official Map, but I know for sure it has been 4-lane below I-20 since 1993.
Comment: SC 230 runs through a big chunk of the Sumter National Forest. If you continue straight across SC 23 at SC 230's end (on S-19-51) with a slight left bearing at S-19-35, you come out at SC 67's south end at US 378.
