SC 335: Appeared in 1939 as new primary routing, running from SC 28 (now US 278) Fairfax east to the Hamton County line.
In 1940, SC 335 was extended as new primary routing: south from Fairfax to SC 361 (now S-3-23) near Barton; east into Hampton County to end at SC 361 (now S-25-13/43 jct).
In 1947, SC 335 was downgraded to S-3-21, S-3-18, and S-25-24 (now S-25-13).
