Comment: Serves as a direct route from I-65 to Gallatin while bypassing Hendersonville.
TN 386 is a full freeway west of TN 174 and is named Vietnam Veterans Blvd.
TDOT has studied extending TN 386 around the north of Gallatin to US 31E northeast of the city. One option used TN 109 for some of it.
