WV 19: Created in 1922 as new primary routing running from WV 2 (now CR 21) Charleston to WV 62 Point Pleasant.
In 1928, the Silver Bridge was built to Ohio and presumably WV 19 was placed on it.
About 1931, WV 19 was renumbered as WV 25. Today it is all WV 62 except for the bridge over the Ohio River was the Silver Bridge which collapsed from mechanical failure in 1967; the last two miles into Charleston are now a bit of today's WV 25 plus Washington St West.
