WV 70: Appeared 1923 as new primary routing running from WV 6 (now Wetzel St) Hundred north to Pennsylvania.
In 1933, WV 70 was extended south over what had been US 250 to the new US 250 routing across Church Fork in Hundred. About 1961, WV 70 became WV 69.
