 Creation: Appeared between 1957-59, running from WV 7 ALT (now CR 19/25 Scotts Run Rd) near Granville to US 19 near the Pennsylvania line. This was a renumbering of part of US 19. This is the only WV 100.
Adjustments: By 1973, WV 100 was extended south replacing WV 7 ALT to US 19 Westover.
Improvements: Upon designation, WV 100 was fully paved; WV 100 has no multilne segments.
Comment: WV 100 also crosses underneath US 19/WV 7 at the bridge to Star City but has no direct connection to the highway.
