Comment: WV 127 is a piece of a good short cut from Winchester VA to Cumberland MD without having to go to Berkeley Springs or Hancock MD. The route is VA 127, WV 127, WV 29, WV 9, and MD 51...
The Virginia side was VA 127 starting in 1964.
