ROUTE LOG WV 25: 0 - 0 I-64 (exit 47): 2.1 - 2.1 WV 62: 0.6 - 2.7 WV 501: 3.0 - 5.7 I-77 (exit 114): 11.5 - 17.2		Creation: WV 622 was designated in 1976 as an upgrade to CR 35/2 from WV 25 to Cross Lanes; CR 5 Cross Lanes to Fairview; CR 7 and CR 31; renumbering of US 21 to I-77 running as it does today. This is the only WV 622. Adjustments: None Improvements: Upon designation, WV 622 was fully paved; multilane only from Jain Dr through the I-64 interchange. Comment: Not sure why the part between WV 25 and I-64 is in the primary system.	WV 622 appears 1976 Official
