The Road: Begins at NC 242 near Roseboro and ends at US 421/NC 41 Harrells all within Sampson County.
Towns and Attractions: Sampson Co:Garland
History: NC 411 was created in 1937 as new primary routing. It began at NC 41 but not where NC 41 is now. Back then, NC 41 followed SR 1126 and today's modern 411 east of there to Harrells. NC 411's western endpoint was US 701 Garland.
In 1952, NC 411 was extended east to its current ending replacing part of NC 41. Also, NC 411 was extended west over previously unnumbered routing to Roseboro.

Comment: NC 411 does multiplex with NC 41 for its last eastern breaths. Today, NC 411's fame is being the route that halts the NC 903 juggernaut.
