VA 31, VA 168: 0.22 - 0.22
VA 168: 0.61 - 0.83

VA 168Y #1: Appeared in either Nov 1937 or May 1938 (CTB) as new primary routing, running from VA 168 (now unnumbered Second St) west to US 60 near Williamsburg.
In Sept 1945 (CTB), VA 168 was rerouted away from this area, so 168Y no longer touched VA 168. So this VA 168Y was renumbered as VA 163. Today it is unnumbered Parkway Dr. This was not shown on Officials but is shown explicitly in the 1943 VDOT County Atlas.

VA 168Y #2: Appeared Sept 1942 (CTB) as new primary routing as a cutoff between US 60/VA 30 Andersons Corner and VA 168 (now SR 746).
In Oct 1965 (CTB), VA 168Y was officially extended east to the I-64/SR 607 interchange, replacing part of VA 168. In reality, VA 168 had to keep using this route until 1975 when I-64 actually existed between SR 607 and VA 30 (exit 227).
About 1980, VA 168Y was renumbered as part of VA 30.
