VA 428: Appeared in Dec 1930 (CTB) as new primary routing, running from VA 51 (now SR 738) near Teman west 2.00 miles to a little past Beaverdam.
In July 1932, VA 428 was extended west to the Louisa County Line. In July 1933, VA 428 became part of VA 30. Today it is SR 739 and SR 715
