SC 95 #1: Appeared in 1925 or 1926 as new primary ruting running from SC 9 (now S-13-1) Chesterfield northeast to North Carolina.
In 1928, SC 95 was extended southwest as new primary routing to end at US 1 near McBee.
In 1938, SC 95 was renumbered as SC 85. Today it is SC 145 except in the SC 109 area SC 95 used what is now essentially a dirt track from Skipper Creek on the west side, crossing today's SC 145 at Blacks Creek, then back across at Riley Rd before meeting back up with today's SC 145 at Wallace Prong Creek.

SC 95 #2: Appeared in 1939 as new primary routing, running from SC 9 Little Rock northwest for 5 miles.
In 1940, SC 95 was extended as new primary routing to the North Carolina line.
In 1952, SC 95 was renumbered as part of SC 57. SC 96 used SC 38 Byp; Rogers Ln; S-35-187 Wilder Rd; S-35-261 Wilder Rd; Radio Rd which used to connect diagonally with S-35-63 east of SC 38; Old 38 Hwy; SC 38 through the SC 79 area; S-35-166 Pineville School Rd
