SC 391 ALT #2: Appeared by 1940 as an E-W connector between SC 39 and SC 391 Jones Crossroads. It is possible that the other leg was 391 ALT prior to 1940.
SC 39 has actually been shifted east eliminating the need for a connector. What little that exists is part of S-2-49.
