TN 15S: Appeared about 1931 as new state highway running from TN 10-15 Fayetteville to Belvidere, then replaced TN 97 to Winchester.
In 1932, TN 15S was renumbered as part of mainline TN 15. It is still TN 15 except: TN50 right in Fayetteville; Gum Springs Church Rd and Old Winchester Hwy in the TN 121 vicinity; Belvidere Rd/Old David Crockett Hwy approaching Winchester
