I-326  redesignated
Previous I-326: I-326: Approved by AASHTO in 1976 to run on the unbuilt Southeast Freeway from I-26 to SC 48 south of Columbia.
Appears as a dotted line on official maps from 1978 to at least 1983. By 1985, the dotted lines remained but there was no designation on the official map.
When the freeway from I-26 to SC 48 was completed in the late 1980's, it was labeled as "TO SC 48", then later TEMP SC 478, but today is I-77
AASHTO documents referred to this freeway as I-326 until I-77 was officially placed on it in 1995.
