SC 411 #1 Appeared in 1924 as a renumbering of 9.5 miles of SC 26 then new primary routing, running from SC 41 (now S-45-8 N. Academy St) Kingstree east to Hemingway, then north to end at SC 38 (now US 501 Bus) Marion.
In 1928, SC 411 was renumbered as SC 175. Today it is SC 261 from Kingstree to Hemingway; SC 41 from Hemingway to near Centenary (except S-34-9 to Gresham, abandoned route, Old Tram Rd/Old County Rd/Rich Rd/SC 908); SC 41 ALT from Centenary to US 501 Business (may have used Ponderosa Rd out of Centenary and Blackburn Rd further north).

SC 411 #2: Appeared as new primary routing in 1942, running from SC 391 northeast across SC 43 (now US 378) to end at Rehoboth Church (0.3 mile past S-41-88 Prices Bridge Rd).
