Creation: Appeared in 1927 or 1928 running from US 11E Greenville to TN 81 Haws Crossroads.
| Adjustments: If TN 93 used Greenshed Cir in Cedar Lane it stopped doing so by 1935. About 1965, TN 93 south was truncated to the new US 11E bypass. South into downtown becmae part of US 411 and TN 35. Between 1967-69, TN 93 was extended north replacing TN 81 to Kingsport, then replaced TN 81 SPUR on the bypass around the east of Kingsport to end at US 11W. In 1995 or 1996, TN 93 was extended north to the Virginia line. Between 1998-2006, TN 93 was removed from Sullivan Gardens Dr through Sullivan Gardens.
