TN 67 Temp: Came along in the early to mid-80s, replacing TN 67 from Johnson City to TN 67A (now TN 359) Milligan College.
In 1986-87, TN 67 Temp was downgraded to just Twin Oaks Dr and Milligan Hwy after the new US 321/TN 67 expressway opened between Johnson City and the western outskirts of Elizabethton
TN 67 Temp was explicitly shown in Johnson City insets of state officials plus on county maps.
